I've successfully raised a family and built a business here while volunteering with the local fire departments, emergency services, church, and other organizations. ABOUT KAYLIN CULVER
Kaylin Culver’s real estate career has been multifaceted, well-rounded, and on a fast track of growth. With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, she first entered real estate through selling timeshare properties, where she sharpened her skills in negotiation, customer service, and relationship building. Those experiences laid a strong foundation for her real estate career, which she launched full time in 2016. Today, Kaylin is licensed to sell real estate in Washington, Nevada, and California, bringing her clients the benefit of a truly tri-state perspective.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kaylin specializes in helping buyers and sellers on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington—including Long Beach, Ocean Park, Ilwaco, and Seaview—as well as in the Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley regions of California and Nevada, including South Lake Tahoe, Stateline, Zephyr Cove, and Gardnerville. Living and working in both areas with her family, Kaylin understands the unique opportunities of coastal and mountain lifestyles, as well as the importance of investing in property to create flexibility and freedom.

Kaylin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with her family, exploring the beaches of Washington’s coast, and enjoying the outdoors in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
