This is an exciting time for my dad and me! We’re fortunate to have a relationship built on trust, clear communication, and a healthy dose of playfulness — which gives us a unique perspective both personally and professionally. It felt only natural to carry that dynamic into our business.

Meet Your Team

My dad, Doug Knutzen, has decades of experience living and working right here in Pacific County, while he is not selling real estate (which he well versed in handling any type of transaction) - he is active in community safety as a member of the local volunteer fire department, cliff rescue and surf rescue team. To say he's my hero is an understatement.


I’m Kaylin Culver, born and raised on the Long Beach Peninsula, but these days, I split my time between here and the Carson Valley/Lake Tahoe area with my family. Between this little beach town and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, I like to think I have the best of both worlds. Since selling real estate and splitting my time between two highly sough after vacation destinations, I like to educate my clients on the steps to owning investment or second homes. It's fun!

August 2025 Market Snapshot

Pacific County – Single Family Homes

  • Median Home Price: $327,500 (down 1.5% from last year)

  • Median Days on Market: 50

  • Homes Sold in August: 42

  • Current Inventory: 283 homes for sale (up 17.4% from last year)


What This Means

  • Buyers: More homes are hitting the market, giving you greater choice and negotiation power. Especially as we turn the season into Fall. Some sellers may be more motivated to sell their home by the end of the year...(tax reasons!)

  • Sellers: Well-priced homes are still selling quickly, but presentation and strategy are key. Overpricing can mean sitting on the market longer.
